Our passion increases, if we can indeed realize every stage of that dream. Lots of people have high dreams, but do not know how to convert these hopes into reality. Your task is to find out how to get there. As a simple example, - many want to become an entrepreneur, thinking if they became a business person, life would be successful, be rich, having a good car, but all this does not come on its own to you. There is one important factor, often not understood:

As a simple example, - many want to become an entrepreneur, thinking if they became a business person, life would be successful, be rich, having a good car, but all this does not come on its own to you. There is one important factor, often not understood:

"Show your friends, I will show you your future".   What we do now will determine our future. Our friends will have a big impact on our lives going forward and our careers going forward. When we hang out with friends who have a positive influence, of course our life or our career will be positive, vice versa.

If you are an employee wanting to be an entrepreneur, but if every day you play, or just socialize with your friends, surely you will not make it.
To be an entrepreneur you must learn. Learn from people who understand about the business you want to work in.

If you want a good career in an organization, such as being a Branch Manager, best you learn from someone who has become Head of a Branch.

You can ask how to prepare yourself and what to do   t o  d a y   to  become a Branch leader. You will sure receive a very valuable lesson when listening to their story how they got there. Of course, you must do the same. - There is no other way.

The main thing to do is to plunge into the desired field. We have to work the field we want to harvest. We have to sleep, eat and dream in the career we want.

The first stage, if an employee wants to be an entrepreneur, is to change friends. Business oriented friends are the key. Friends are like magnets. We can be pulled into their field.
If we are friends with an entrepreneur, we have more motivation again in becoming an entrepreneur. Best, you can join a group, a group of entrepreneurs.

Gold traders make friends with gold traders. Oil entrepreneurs are friends with oil businessmen. Developers are friends with other developers. Doctors make friends with fellow doctors. Bank employees are friends with bank employees. Hotel employees are mostly friends with hotel employees.

Try to find a group one level up compared to where you are now.  A group is a powerful tool to get you were you are dreaming of!
