Let’s first take a bit of time to contemplate last year. Have you been renting, selling or buying a house in Bali? If you are looking to extend your retirement options and increase your income, you will want to buy or build either a small resort or a villa. But what kind of property stands out from the rest? What is a great investment? It is important to keep in mind what you are buying the property for, are you looking to rent it out full-time or part-time? Who will be your customers? What do they want?
