1. What is the price range for long-term villa rental on your website?
- Depending on the number of bedrooms and type of the property. Our monthly villa rental prices start from USD 1.100 ( IDR 15.000.000 ).

2. What is included in the rental agreement? Is there any staff?
- Yes, our rental rates include cleaning staff, gardener and pool maintenance.

3. Is there any other expense that we should pay every month ?
- Yes, there will be electricity, internet, garbage removal, drinking water, gas, and laundry for bed, linen, towels.

4. How do we pay for the monthly expenses ?
-  The house staff will be happy to help you with any payment which should be borne by you.

5. Is the villa shared with other guests?
-  No, our villas are completely private and have their own access.

6. Is there any breakfast?
-  No, breakfast is not provided. You can ask the staff to cook breakfast for small extra expenses.

7. Is there a Security Deposit?
-  Yes, the Security Deposit is kept by us and the amount is normally one month rent. It could be lower, depending on owner’s instructions.

8. Could we pay the Security Deposit on Credit Card?
-  Unfortunately no, we accept cash or wire transfer in IDR.

9. How do I pay the rent?
-  The rent should be wired directly to the owner’s account.

10. Is there any fee that I have to pay to Ubud Property?
-    No, there is no fee that you pay to us. The villa owner takes care of this.

11. Is the villa fully furnished?
-    Yes, all of our villas are fully furnished.

12. What is the minimum rental period for your villas?
-    Our villas are rent out for minimum of 1 month up to 12 months or longer.

13. If any problems occur during my stay, whom do I contact ?
-    You can contact us whenever a problem occurs and we will try to assist/fix as soon as possible. You can also contact the house staff or manager direct for even faster handling.

14. Can I re-rent the one of the rooms in the villa or the whole villa to a third party?
-    Sorry, you can’t  sub-rent one room of the villa or the whole villa to a third party.

15. I work a lot and have no time to prepare and cook my meal, can the staff do the cooking for me?
-    Certainly, however against extra charge. If the staff is not capable to professionally cook, we can help find someone who does.

16. Is Ubud and it’s surrounding safe to live there for all the family?
 -   Yes, the crime rate is very low and in addition the local village safety groups help police to maintain the peace
