Hello Ketut,

I am sorry we did not get back to you sooner today.

We are taking a long trip to Europe and America at the end of our lease of this house. We are not certain when..or even if...we will return to Bali. So, we have decided to end our lease of Villa Kerasan.

We have enjoyed Bali very much and do plan to return...but we do not know when this will be.

Thank you very much for your and your colleagues' multi-faceted assistance and patience with our Western ways.

We will move out at the end of September,

Hi Ketut,

As you know, choosing a house is a little difficult. Although we initially considered the Ubud area to be a good start for us we have over the weekend reviewed our requirements and are following up a lead for a house in the Cangu area near Badung.

Rosie and I wanted to say thanks for your time, gracious patients and information when you showed us around the houses on 19/9/14. We really enjoyed seeing the "hidden gems" tucked away in the areas you had selected and the final one in Nyuh Kuning.

We also appreciate you following up with us and the further offer for consideration.

If we change our minds, or the house we are interested in becomes unavailable we will be in touch with you again. We will have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone looking for property in the Ubud area in the future.
